PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy, by computing temperature data based on signals for detecting torque, and outputting the result. CONSTITUTION:Two electromagnetic converters 3a and 3b are provided in the vicinity of an elastic body 1, which transmits torque so that they are separated in the direction of the rotary shaft of the elastic body. The converters include heat sensitive magnetic bodies and form magnetic circuits, whose magnetic reluctance is varied in correspondence with the rotation of the elastic body 1, respectively. Electric signals corresponding to the changes are outputted. The phase difference in outputs of the two electromagnetic converters 3a and 3b is detected by a phase detector 21. A temperature correcting signal with respect to the temperature of the elastic body is computed and outputted based on the output of the magnetic converters by a temperature correcting circuit 20. The output signal of the phase detector and the temperature correcting signal are multiplied by a multiplier circuit 28. The torque is detected by the output. |
