PURPOSE:To prevent air from leaking through the central part of an air guide by a method wherein the seal part of bearing housing of the air guide is formed into a protruded ring shape and the wave of a bracket at load side is formed into a ring shape. CONSTITUTION:When the load side bracket 102 and the air guide 104 are combined, both of them contact at the seal part 110 of the bearing housing and a gap is generated at the outer periphery thereof since the central parts of them are protruding. However, a skirt part 108 is forced into the outer peripheral wall 109 of the load side bracket 102 by a fan case 107, the air guide 103 is pushed by the fan case 107 at the outer periphery thereof toward the load side bracket 102 and is deflected from the outer periphery thereof downwardly since it is made of a resin. The central part of the load side bracket 102 is formed so as to be protruded, therefore, it becomes flat readily by the force fit of the fan case 107 and the air guide 103 contacts with the load side bracket 102 without generating a gap therebetween. Accordingly, the air discharged from the fan once will never leak through the central part of the air guide and reduce the efficiency of the motor fan. |
