发明名称 DIRECTLY HEAT-TREATED AUSTENITE STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MATERIAL HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE PROPERTIES
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled heat-treated wire material wherein no carbide is precipitated to an austenite crystal grain boundary, a crystal particle size is adjusted to a proper value, surface oxide scale is thin, surface roughening after descaling is extremely reduced and cold processability and corrosion resistance are excellent, obtained by applying solution heat-treatment to a wire material in an in-line after hot rolling. CONSTITUTION:A directly heat-treated austenite stainless steel wire material subjected to heat treatment by utilizing the heat possessed by the wire material after the completion of hot rolling is prepared and subsequently subjected to continuous heat treatment in an in-line, that is, a temp. holding furnace or a heating furnace and cooling equipment provided to the rear surface of a winder so as to be attached to hot rolling equipment. The obtain wire material has no precipitation of carbide in the austenite crystal grain boundary thereof and adjusted to the proper value in the range of JIS G0551 austenite particle size number 4-7 in the size of the crystal particle thereof. In addition, the surface oxide scale of the wire material is thin one based on three/two oxide (e.g., Cr2O3) and the average surface roughness after descaling is 15mum or less. This wire material is used in various kinds of uses by subjecting the same to wire drawing processing or in the thickness after hot rolling.
