摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to reduce iron loss of a wound core in a high-frequency band by a method wherein an amorphous magnetic leaf is wound round in a wound core type, and after heat treatment is performed at the crystallizing temperature or less, synthetic resin is made to penetrate between the respective layers to be hardened and contracted. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic leaf is wound round in a wound core type, then after heat treatment is performed at the crystallizing temperature or less, synthetic resin is made to penetrate between the respective layers to be hardened and contracted. For example, an amorphous magnetic leaf (Fe75Si15B10) of 30mum thickness and 1cm width is wound round in a cylindrical type for 100 turns making the inner diameter to 2cm, then after heat treatment is performed for 1hr at 480 deg.C, synthetic resin having large adhesion and moreover large contraction at hardening time is made to penetrate between the respective layers, and is hardened to obtain a wound core 1.
