A waste water-treating appts. is composed of a filth settler-and-separator, an air pocket, several waste-water settlers, and three pretreating baths. A drain pipe (16), located between the second (f) and third (h) treating baths, is shaped like a "U" to form a short inflow pipe (16') and a long outflow pipe (16"). The lower section of (16") is connected to an air supply pipe in the air lift pump (P), and the tops of (16') and (16") are consistent with the LWL and HWL of a settler (g), respectively, so that space between LWL and HWL is preserved.
|
