PURPOSE:To minimize fuel, electric power or the like necessary for running by a method wherein men, cattles, cargoes or the like, which are to be loaded onto the transport vehicle, are utilized effectively as a potential energy generated at an instance in which they are loaded onto the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The total weight of the men, cattles, various cargoes or the like, full of the cargo deck of the transport vehicle, is loaded to the power effecting points 6, 6-2, 6-3 of levers 5, 5-2 through cylindrical compression coil springs 11, 12, 21 having necessary resilient force. The cargo deck 1 is pushed up to a requested position by the effect of the levers, then, it is supported to maintain a floating condition for the necessary period of time. At this time, the vehicle 2 is not loaded, therefore, the transport vehicle becomes light in the weight thereof and the fuel consumption, electric power, or the like, necessary for running, may be minimized. |
