PURPOSE:To mix and stir sufficiently toner and carrier by supplying the developer in the developing machine to the housing of the developing machine after mixing and stirring the developer in a room dedicated to conveyance and mixing. CONSTITUTION:The whole or part of the developer after being used for development in a development area is conveyed to the room 10 dedicated to conveyance and mixing by the 1st conveying means 7, and the developer in this room 10 is conveyed into the housing 2 of the developing machine by the 2nd conveying means 8. Then, the 1st conveying means 7 employs an auger and an opening part 20 is formed in one side wall of the conveyance guide of this auger in the conveyance direction; and partof the developer conveyed from the opening part 20 by the auger is discharged directly into the housing 2. |
