摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a device with a small-sized lens, which can adjust laser beams to parallel beams in which laser beams are condensed easily at a desired target point or focused at the point, by arranging the lens on the same susceptor, on which a semiconductor laser element is disposed, through a lens holder minutely adjustable in the emitting optical axis direction of the element. CONSTITUTION:A lens holder 5 holding a lens such as a spherical lens 4 is arranged on the same susceptor 1, on which a semiconductor laser element 3 is disposed, in a minutely adjustable manner in the emitting optical axis direction of the laser element 3 while being opposed to the beam emitting end surface of the element 3. With a minutely adjustable mechanism for the lens holder 5, the lens holder 5 can be moved in the emitting optical axis direction of the laser element 1 by a fitting guide groove 6 formed on said susceptor 1, and a space between the laser element 3 and the spherical lens can be easily adjusted minutely by turning and operating an adjusting knob 9, which is mounted to a surface on the beam emitting end surface side of the element 3 of an element stem 2 in a projecting manner, penetrates the lens holder 5 through a spring material 7 and is screwed to a projecting screw 8.
