PURPOSE:To reduce a noise by mounting a contact plate through noncurable adhesive on the back surface of a scale body formed with a toothed part in a linear pulse motor, thereby preventing the scale from vibrating due to the primary side magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:Wheels 12-15 are rotatably provided at shafts 10, 11 at cores 2, 3 on the back surfaces of which permanent magnets 6, 7 are respectively arranged, coils 9a- 9d are respectively wound on poles 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b formed with toothed parts which are displaced by 1/4 from each other to form the primary side. A contact plate 17 of metal is fastened through a noncurable adhesive 18 to the back surface of a scale 16' having a toothed part 16a' of a constant pitch, and the primary side is moved. Accordingly, the vibration of the scale 16' occurred by the primary side magnetic flux can be prevented by the plate 17, and can be absorbed by the adhesive 18, thereby largely reducing the noise. |
