PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain pieces printed with pattern, by applying simultaneously printed patterns to each unit piece position of a large-sized substrate to be divided in an after-process, bonding individually each of unit pieces to each of jigs, cutting the large-size substrate into each piece, fixing each piece to each jig, forming and processing it. CONSTITUTION:The patterns 6 are simultaneously printed on the positions of each unit piece 5 of the large-sized substrate 5 such as glass substrate, etc., to be divided in an after-process and further the display parts 7 for positioning are printed on the substrate. Separately, a great number of the jigs 8 are arranged in such a way that each jig corresponds to each unit piece, surrounded by the frame 9, the large-sized substrate 4 is put on the jigs, each of the unit pieces 5 is bonded to each of the jigs 8. Then, the large-sized substrate 4 is cut into each of the unit pieces 5 and each of the unit pieces 5 is fixed to each of the jigs, formed and processed by the grinder 11, etc., to give the aimed products a having the patterns 6. Consequently, since the patterns 6 are printed before the large-sized substrate 4 is divided into each of the unit pieces 5, printing process is simplified. |
