PURPOSE:To improve an insulation property and productivity by a method wherein an insulator is molded into a solid body and its flat part is the part where a mold is separated and an outside wall of one of its trough parts which is inserted into a stator slot is tapered off and an inside of another trough parts is tapered off. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 6 is rotated around a stator 8 and a core 11 is fixed and supported by a supporting cylinder 4 and a shaft 12 of a rotor 6 is supported by a bearing 7 set inside the cylinder 4. The stator 8 is composed of the stator core 11, a winding 1 and insulators A, B. The insulators A, B isolate the magnet wire 1 from the core 11 and the supporting cylinder 4. The insulators A, B are made of plastic and composed of flat parts 14, trough parts 2 and cylindrical parts 5 which are molded in solid body. The flat part 14 is the part where the mold is separated. Taking the mold separating part as a reference, an outside wall of the trough part 2a is tapered off and an inside wall of the trough part 2b is tapered off. Therefore, the trough parts 2a, 2b, inserted into a slot 15, are overlapped at the tapered parts and the slot insulation can be insured even if the laminating thickness of the core 11 is changed to some extent. |
