PURPOSE:To obtain the titled parts having an excellent visible image by providing a concave and a convex state due to plural globular trace cavities on the surface of a substrate in the titled parts having a photorecepting layer of a multiple layer structure contg. a photosensitive layer composed of a specific noncrystalline material. CONSTITUTION:The titled parts 100 comprises the light receiving layer of the multiple layer structure composed of the noncrystalline material contg. a silicon atom and a germanium or a tin atom provided on the substrate 101. The light receiving layer 102 composed of the 1st, layer 102' and the 2nd, layer 102'' along the sloped surface of the concave and convex surface is provided on the substrate 101 having the concave and convex surface due to the fine plural globular trace cavities. Thus, the usually stable titled parts is obtd. substantially without interacting the electric, the optical and the photoconductive properties to the environment of an use. The titled parts having an excellent anti-fading fatigue and a less tendency for generating a deterioration phenomenon in a repeating use, and having a good durability and moisture proof property and capable of not or almost no observating a residual potential and capable of easily controlling the production is obtd. |
