PURPOSE:To form a magnetic bubble element in which its minor loop is densed thickly by changing a distance with a magnetic substance film holding a magnetic bubble for a gate and a transfer line and not causing a large step to a transfer line bridged over the boundary. CONSTITUTION:The 1st insulating layer positioned on a minor loop transfer line and a detector part is eliminated and the 2nd insulating layer made of an insulation material of resin such as PIK is formed thereupon. Thus, the step difference produced by eliminating the 1st insulation layer is mitigated by the 2nd insulation layer, then a large step difference is not caused on the transfer line bridged over the boundary but smoothed and the deterioration in the tranfer margin at the boundary is produced. Further, the minor loop tranfer line and detector densed thickly approaches the bubble magnetic film, thus the characteristic is improved. |
