This garment comprises fastening ties consisting of a recoverable elastic belt 9 with three branches 91, 92, 93, two opposite branches 91, 92 being provided with a hook 10 which is fastened in the eyelets 4 provided on the same edge 11 of the disposable strip, the central branch 10 being held in the eyelets 7 made on the opposite edge of the strip.
