PURPOSE:To transmit the processing request for another job while a host computer is processing a certain job by providing plural terminal controllers to a CRT terminal device to select an optional terminal controller and, at the same time, discriminating and allotting the information. CONSTITUTION:A user operates a changeover switch 6 to select a using terminal controller 8 and reads out the contents of a picture memory 2 connected to the controller 8 to display them at a CRT through a circuit 4. Based on these displayed contents, the controller 8 transmits the data containing the using device number at its head. While a controller device number discriminator 1 decodes the head part of the information sent from a host computer and transmits the picture information to the corresponding terminal controller. Then the terminal controller turns on a data reception lamp 5 to inform the user the reception of information and at the same time registers the picture information to a picture information memory. |
