<p>PURPOSE:To enable the pressure contact bonding of a pouch mouth end part without receiving the influence of a belt defect, by conveying the pouch mouth end part between a pair of contact bonding rollers so as to hold the same between a pair of sheet belts while allowing a pair of the sheet belts to respectively pass along the outsides of the contact bonding rollers. CONSTITUTION:The mouth end part 9a of a pouch 9 is heated while passed between heat pipes 1a, 1b in such a state that it is held between a pair of belts 6a, 6b and the heated mouth end part 9a is passed between a pair of first nip rollers 16a, 16b. Directly after the passage, the belts 6a, 6b reach a second nip rollers 17a, 17b while passing along the outsides of a pair of contact bonding rollers 14a, 14b and the mouth end part 9a of the pouch 9 is directly and independently passed between the contact bonding rollers 14a, 14b from the nip between the nip rollers 16a, 16b to be contact bonded and the bonded part 9a is sent between a pair of the belts 6a, 6b positioned between the second nip rollers 17a, 17b to be conveyed to the next process while again held between said belts 6a, 6b.</p> |
