PURPOSE:To compensate the change of an in-focus position, by determining a feeding position for focus of a lens with signals from a means which generates three signals corresponding to a distance to an object, an environmental temperature, and a lens water absorptivity. CONSTITUTION:Signals from an environmental temperature detector 4 and a synthetic resin lens water absorptivity detector 5 are inputted to a controller by the first stroke of a shutter button 30, and a lens feeding position is operated with these signals and the signal from an object distance detector 1. A ring 8 is rotated with the force of a spring 11 by the second stroke of the shutter button 30, and a lens barrel 7 is moved to focus the lens. Consequently, not only the change of the object distance but also the change of a lens refracting power due to the environmental temperature and the lens water absorptivity is compensated to determine automatically a correct focus. |
