摘要 PURPOSE:To perform stable analysis without necessitating the detachment of each part of an electroporetic apparatus and changing flowline constitution prior to washing, by performing washing while flowing a detergent through the migration flowline between two detergent emitting or sucking means by combining two means in an emitting or emitting and sucking state. CONSTITUTION:When cocks 14, 15 are closed while a drain line 11 is opened and, at the same time, respective pistons 19, 20 of detergent tanks 17, 18 are pressed, a detergent 16 is emitted to detergent access lines 9, 10 and drained from the drain line 11 while pushing the electrolyte allowed to fill a migration separation pipe 2 to the direction of the drain line 11. In the next step, distilled water is introduced into the detergent tank 17, 18 and the passing parts of the detergent 16 are washed by the same way as the aforementioned washing method. When the washing by the detergent and the washing by water are finished by the above mentioned method, the electrolytes filling electrolytic cells 3, 6 are directly allowed to fill the migration separation pipe 2 and water during washing remaining in the migration separation pipe 2 and the detector 5 is pushed out to the detergent tanks 17, 18 and the drain line 11 by the both advancing electrolytes. The opening and closing valve 23 of the drain line 11 is closed to bring about a state susceptible to analysis.
