PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. consisting of a chlorinated PE resin, a specified org. compd. and a Ca compd. and/or a lead compd. CONSTITUTION:0.3-15pts.wt. 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole derivative of formula I (wherein X is H, lower alkyl; Y is OH, SH) and/or polymethylenedicarboxylic acid-di-hydrazine derivative, 2-40pts.wt. at least one Ca compd. having a particle size of 200 mesh or below selected from CaO, Ca(OH)2 and CaSiO3 and/or at least one lead compd. selected from PbO, red lead, white lead, dibasic lead phosphite, dibasic lead phthalate and tribasic lead sulfate and 1-15pts.wt. org. peroxide such as dicumyl peroxide are blended with 100pts.wt. chlorinated PE resin having a chlorine control of 20-50wt%. The mixture is heated at 140- 200 deg.C for 1-60min to crosslink it. |
