PURPOSE:To reduce the fatigue of a driver and to enhance the safety thereof, by a method wherein a reed switch is fixed in the vicinity of the magnet of an electromagnetic induction type rotary meter being a speedometer by using the audio signal synthesizing LSI of a running speed while the opening and closing number of the reed switch is converted to voltage with the rotation of the magnet and the memory address in the audio signal synthesizing LSI is indicated by an electronic circuit for encoding the voltage to allow the indicated address to emit the audio signal corresponding to the running speed. CONSTITUTION:A reed switch 2 is fixed in the vicinity of the magnet of an electrostatic induction type rotary meter and connected to the pulse number-voltage converting circuit 3 of this apparatus from both terminals thereof by lead wires. The pulse number corresponding to the rotary number of the magnet 1 is converted to voltage which is, in turn, encoded by an analogue-digital converting circuit 4. A speed announcing audio signal is stored in the address preliminarily indicated in the memory apparatus in the audio signal synthesizing LSI5 and set so as to be allowed to correspond to a running speed code and the speed announcing audio signal. The convertrd code calls the address of the memory apparatus and a running speed is outputted while converted to the audio signal by a speaker 6. |
