PURPOSE:To achieve desired rotation even under semi-warming state, by rotating a valve body mechanically under fast idling while rotating electrically only under hot idling. CONSTITUTION:An idling control valve 29 will control air-flow through a suction bypass in a suction throttle valve. A rotary solenoid 58 is arranged with a shaft 68 having coils 62a, 62b and a permanent magnet 66. A temperature-sensitive limiting means 74 is comprised of a stopper 78 and a bimetal 82. Under fast idling, the bimetal 82 is heated by a heater relay 47 to control a valve body 56. During semi-warming prior to completion of warming even under fast idling, heating of bimetal 82 is controlled while the opening of valve body 56 is controlled by the solenoid 58. Furthermore under warming, the valve body 56 is controlled by the solenoid 58. In such a manner, idling can be maintained at desired level. |
