PURPOSE:To utilize an output of a logical signal at a high speed by outputting a logical signal calculated logically in response to the supply of a bias current when logical signals X1 and X2 to be calculated logically are stored in a logical signal storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:The logical signal storage circuit Mi(i=1,2) stores a logical signal Xi by the presence of a loop current of a magnetic flux quantum flowing to a superconducting loop Q in response to an input of the logical signal Xi. When a loop current by the magnetic flux quantum flows to the superconducting loop Q of the logical signal storage circuit Mi, a currentis induced in the loop of the logical gate A and flows thereto. In supplying a bias current to the terminal 5 in this state, the loop current and a part of the bias current are added to any of Josephson junctions K. Thus, in selecting a value of the inductor H, a threshold current value of the Josephson junction and a value of the bias current suitably, the Josephson junctions K1, K2 go both to a voltage state in resonse to the value of the bias current and the bias current is supplied to a logical signal output terminal U. |
