PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of grinding accuracy due to the tilt of a grinding wheel spindle and prevent deflection of the grinding wheel spindle by installing a grindstone directly onto the output rotary shaft of an air turbine and keeping the span of a bearing sufficiently long for the total length of the grindstone. CONSTITUTION:A sun gear 6 is fixed onto a shaft 1 having a tapered shank 1a, and a planetary gear 8 is engaged with the gear 6 and an internal gear 7 at the same time, and the gear 8 is rotatably supported by a pin 8a planted onto a cam member 4. A grinding wheel spindle 12 is supported onto a housing 10 through a bearing 13 and is equipped with a grindstone fitting part 12a at the top edge, and a grindstone 19 is fitted. An air turbine 14 is fixed directly onto the grinding wheel spindle 12. When the gear 6 revolves with the shaft 1, the gear 8 revolves, and the cam member 4 performs elevation movement, guided by an outer cylinder member 2, through the revolution, and the grindstone 19 performs elevation movement. As the turbine 14 revolves, the grindstone 19 performs planetary movement and executes two dimensional shaping grinding. |
