Pyrrolines of formula (I) and their salts are new. R = NH-CHR2R3, NH-CO-A'-R' or a gp. of formula (II) or (III); A = 1-5C alkylene opt. substd. by OH; R2 = aryl or heteroaryl opt. substd. by halogen, 1-4C alkoxy or acylamino; R3 = H or 1-4C alkyl; A' = single bond or 1-5C alkylene opt. substd. by OH, or thioalkylene or oxo-alkylene; R4 = 5- or 6-membered aromatic or heteroaromatic ring opt. substd. by OH, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, halogen, OCH2O or unsatd. alkyl; Q = 6-membered ring opt. partly hydrogenated; R1 = 1-4C alkyl. -
