PURPOSE:To provide a compact pump by fixing a timing gear to the side of a root type or gear type rotor to rotate engageably the timing gear together with the rotor in a casing. CONSTITUTION:Root type or gear type rotors 15, 15a having timing gears 16, 16a fixed is fitted in the interior of a casing 1. Compressed gas is forcibly sent to a discharge port pipe 3 by the motion of rotors 15, 15a in the engaging direction to suck up oil from an oil reservoir 21 through an intake port pipe 2 and mix oil mist in the sucked fluid for lubricating the rotors 15, 15a and timing gears 16, 16a with the sucked oil mist in the casing 1. Oil is separated and returned to the oil reservoir 21 when it abuts against an oil mist doubling plate 22 and until compressed gas gushes from a pipe 25 of a partition plate 24 and a discharge pipe 27. A timing gear chamber is dispensed with by a compression pump with low compressive pressure and compression volume to provide a compact pump. |
