The hot plate construction is intended for a cooking hob or for installation purposes and has the advantage of an integration capability on a flat surface. The heating elements for the cooking points are printed onto an enamelled steel plate, in the form of resistance tracks. The steel plate is likewise enamelled on the cooking-surface side or is provided with a suitable, heat-resistant coating.
