The fitting (7) which is provided in an inner, reinforced wall region (5b) for this light source (8) is connected to an electronic feed line (9) which extends to the floor of the vehicle inside the lock housing (1) and in the annular space between the securing cable (2a) which connects the lock housing (1) to the actuation eye (3) and a plastic sheath (2b) which surrounds this securing cable and is connected to the vehicle battery via the vehicle circuit by means of a further line.
