PURPOSE:To enable to automatic the adjustment of inductance by providing a through hole in a wiring pattern arranged on an insulation substrate, and then forming a spiral coil so as to surround this through hole. CONSTITUTION:A spiral coil is formed on an insulation substrate 1 by cutting a conductor pattern 5b in spiral form from outside to inside. As a cut is made toward the center in this manner so as to surround the through hole 6a provided in the pattern 5b, the number of turns of the spiral coil increases, resulting in the increase of the number of interlinkage flux, and therefore the inductance value of a trimmer inductor rises. This method enables to automatically control the inductance adjustment of the trimmer inductor by cutting the pattern 5b in spiral form as shown in the cutting pattern 7, using a laser light which performs programming action or sand blast, etc. Besides, the connection to a back surface wiring pattern via the through hole 6a is enabled. |
