<p>PURPOSE:To enable to heat with a little energy in a fuel storing tank and the like by providing a heater inside for forming a heated-liquid discharging port on a projected part at the center of an upper board of a cylinder body inside the storing tank to introduce the liquid in the tank. CONSTITUTION:In an oil tank of a vessel, for instance, a heating device 2 is provided at the bottom of a tank 1. The heating device 2 has a cylinder body 3 with its both ends being introduction ports 3a for fuel oil, and lengthwise in its inside, a heater 4 constructed of finned aluminum pipes 4A of two steps, upper and lower, is provided to circulate engine cooling water by an introduction pipe 5A and a discharging pipe 5B. On an upper board 3A, an exposed part S is formed to collect the heated fuel oil, and at its top part, a port 3b is provided to discharge heated-liquid in the cylinder body. This construction permits heating the discharged liquid from the cylinder body rapidly in a short time with minimum energy.</p> |
