PURPOSE:To obtain a higher harmonic component stably with low power consumption by inserting a parallel circuit of a resistor and a capacitor to a collector circuit of a differential pair transistor(TR) circuit and turning on/off alternately the differential pair TR circuit at each half period of a basic input gisnal. CONSTITUTION:When an alternate input signal e1 of a basic frequency is applied to a transformer T, a TRT1 is turned on at a positive half period of the alternate input signal e1 and a TRT2 is turned on at a negative half period. A collector current i1 flows as shown in (b) by the turning-on of the TRT1. The electric charge charged in a capacitor is discharged through a resistor R at the turning-off period of the T1 and a current is as a current i3d flowing to the resistor R. On the other hand, the TRT2 is turned on at the negative half period of the input signal e1, the collector current i2 is as shown in (c) and a current i4 flowing to the resistor R connected to the T2 is as shown in (e). Thus, a sharp pulse signal train i5 generated at each polarity inversion of the input signal as shown in (f) is outputted to an output load 4. |
