PURPOSE:To contrive to ensure the stability so as not to cause the decrease or change in secondary pressure set by a pressure controller by a method wherein a pipe line unit consisting in stuffing matter serving as sound absorbing material between an outer tube, which forms the outer wall of a pipe line, and an inner tube, the inside of which is rendered to be gas passage, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Flanges 20 and 21 are provided respectively at the burner side pipe end of the outlet side pipe line 4 of a pressure controller body 8 and at a burner nozzle 5 in order to support a pipe line unit 26 consisting in inserting an inner tube 22 and a heat exchange part 24 with fins 23 protruded toward gas passage side into an outer tube, which forms a pipe line wall by being joined with the flanges 20 and 21 respectively at the outlet side pipe line 4 and the burner nozzle 5. In addition, fibrous material 27 having sound absorbing effect is filled between the outer tube 25 and inner tube 22 of the pipe line unit 26. The surface of the material 27 is covered with the perforated plate forming the inner tube 22. Because the perforated plate has small holes as small as the size which does not allow the material 27 to scatter in the gas passage, the inside diameter of the inner tube 22 is made same as that of the outlet side pipe line 4. |
