The invention relates to a device for the concentric clamping and screwing of a non-concentrically worn workpiece, in particular a graphite electrode for electric steel furnaces. It consists of a steel base for mounting three clamping sleeves, with an opening for passing through the workpiece, which can have a diameter of, for example, 500 mm. The workpiece is suspended on one side and can be inserted into the opening with lifting means.
