PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of processing a main product and a subproduct at the same time for improving material yield and being operated extremely easily by providing guide rolls together with a die block energized by springs to a main die, in press forming. CONSTITUTION:A die block 14 consists of a lower die 16 and an upper die 20, and is assembled by guide rods 18, and energized by springs 30. The die block 14 is fitted to the groove 38 of a lower die of main die and is fixed by a holding plate 34 and a stopper 32. A material 12 to be worked is punched by lowering an upper die of press, and the upper die 20 of die block 14 is simultaneously pushed down to punch a sub-product. As the die block 14 is a built-up type, the fitting between the upper and lower parts is always excellent, and the attaching and detaching are also extremely easy, and the material yield can be improved. |
