PURPOSE:To perform an excavation work while confirming the excavation depth of an oil-pressure shovel by a low-cost device to obtain the excavation depth on the basis of the turning angle of the main boom. CONSTITUTION:An oil-pressure shovel is provided with a main boom 1 pivotally supported on a proper place of an excavator in a vertically turnable manner, a stick boom 2 pivotally supported on the main boom in a vertically turnable manner, and a bucket 3 pivotally supported on the stick boom 2 in a vertically turnable manner. Excavation work is performed by turning these booms in a single or synergetic operation manner. A turning angle sensor is provided in portions turning as the main boom 1 turns, and on the detected angles detected by the sensor, the excavation depth is obtained. |
