<p>PURPOSE:To remove effectively the molding sand remaining on a blow plate by providing horizontally movably an introducing member which is formed with many recesses connecting to a compressed air source on the bottom surface and is adhered with a sealant and making the member to be pressed by means of coil springs. CONSTITUTION:A blow plate 3 is placed on a supporting base 1, and an introducing member 5 is placed thereon. When a collared roll unit 11 is engaged with the bottom surface of the plate 3, the member 5 is pressed by the repulsive force of compression coil springs 9. As a result, many airtight chambers which are arrayed in one row in a forward and backward direction by means of many recesses 6 and a sealant 7 and are communicated with a compression air source are formed atop the plate 3. When a cylinder 17 is extended to move the member 5 over the plate 3 and compressed air is ejected from a hose joint 14, the molding sand remaining on the plate 3 is removed through the recesses 6.</p> |
