PURPOSE:To stabilize the feeding of a brazing material and to improve workability by feeding the molten brazing material contained in a molten metal pool to a brazing part via a nozzle and oscillating ultrasonically the brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A heater 7 is switched on to heat a tip 6 and the inside of a molten metal well 9. Solder 24 is put in a molten state into the hollow chamber 8 of the well 9 before or after the heating. A substrate 20 to be soldered is placed on a preheating plate 19 and the operating switch of an ultrasonic oscillator 2 is turned on, then the solder 24 of the amt. corresponding to the conditions such as the frequency and waveform of the ultrasonic wave, the hole diameter, etc. of a nozzle hole 12, etc. is discharged from the hole 12 by peristaltic movement and the necessary parts on the substrate 20 are soldered. The surface of the material to be adhered is activated by the effect of the ultrasonic wave and since the effect of removing the foam in the solder arises, there is no need for using a flux and soldering with high accuracy and high performance is obtd. |
