Plunger-type liquid dispenser for dispensing an accurate measure of e.g. wine, spirits or other beverages, comprises a reservoir formation (10), preferably a transparent plastics moulding, and a head formation (20), preferably also a plastics moulding, mated with the top of the reservoir and defining an inlet duct (21).
