<p>In a relay-controlled load in a motor vehicle, which load is intended to be switched off again automatically a predetermined time after its switching-on, the circuit for switching on the relay (22) is connected via the working contact (24) of the relay, which contact is located in the circuit of the load and is coupled to an actuation mechanism (20, 21, 27 and 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, respectively) in order to be able to open the contact (24) manually as required, to close it and to be able to lock it in the closed position. By means of this mechanism, not only is it possible to switch on the load in the functional state of the arrangement but also to switch it on and off when the relay (22) is defective and/or the automatic switching-off device (26) is defective. …<IMAGE>… </p> |
