PURPOSE:To measure the amount of a grout injected by an inexpensive device in which grout passing through a return pipe is directly returned to a grout pump and a flow rate detector is set to a blow-in pipe between the connection of the return pipe and a storage tank. CONSTITUTION:When a grout pump 4 is operated while stirring a grout 15 produced in a mixer and introduced into a storage tank 1, the grout 15 is blown into the pump 4, compressed, directed to an injection hole 7 through a pressure sending pipe 5 and the inlet pipe 6a of the injection tube 6, and injected into the ground. Excessive grout is again sucked into the pump 4 through a return pipe 8 from the outlet pipe 6b of the injection tube 6. The flow rate of the grout is measured by a flow rate detector 10 provided to a suction pipe 3 between the connection of the return pipe 8 and the storage tank 1. |
