<p>Chair with a reclinable backrest (16) formed by a series of at least three superimposed portions or segments (18, 22, 20) connected together in an articulated manner about respective, substantially horizontal axes (A, B, C) to define, in the reclined position of the backrest (16), an arcuate configuration with a curve substantially corresponding to that of the arched back of a user. Resilient means (30, 46) are provided for resisting the movement of the segments (18, 22, 20) towards the position corresponding to the reclined position of the backrest.</p> |
