PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of oil used for flushing by supplying said oil stored in a lubricating oil clearing tank from a lubricating oil replenishing line directly to a lubricating oil service line. CONSTITUTION:Since flushing oil is circulated by the use of temporary pipings 20a, 20b, 20c without passing through the main engine 1, a reduction gear 2, subtanks 1a, 2a and a gravity tank 16, far smaller amount of the flushing oil can be used economically and advantageously compared with that in the conventional flushing method of circulating the flushing oil through the main engine 1, the reduction gear 2 and the subtanks 1a, 2b. Further, these tanks are not plluted by flushing and thus the interior of the tanks does not need to be cleaned again after flushing and flushing period can be shortened. |
