发明名称 PLATE THICKNESS CONTROL METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve plate thickness accuracy by obtaining a plate thickness deviation at the outlet side of a rolling mil based on a difference between a stored criterion tension value and a detected tension value and controlling a rolling speed so as to make the above deviation zero. CONSTITUTION:A tension meter 20 and a thickness meter 22 are installed in the outlet side of the 1st-6th rolling mill line and a cutting position detector 24 is installed in the inlet side of the above rolling mill line. When a strip 10 is continuously rolled and is wound by a reel 16, a controlling computer 30 tracks a cutting position of the strip 10 and stores a criterion tension value (tb*) by taking in the value from the tension meter 20. A plate thickness controller 32 obtains a plate thickness deviation and calculates a speed variation DELTAV and inputs the variation into a sped controller 36 at the time when the strip 10 is cut. Then, the controller 36 drives a motor 23 and controls a roll speed V6 so as to make a plate thickness deviation of the strip 10 zero based on a signal of the speed variation DELTAV. In this method, a plate thickness accuracy is improved.</p>
