PURPOSE:To increase the elasticity, by forming the diaphragm plate for speaker through the vapor-deposit aluminum layer on one side of the high sensity polyethylene sheet molten including carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION:High density polyethylene fiber and carbon fiber are mixed, and after aluminum is vapor deposited on one side of this sheet, the sheet is heated and the high density polyethylene fiber constituting the sheet is molten and formed into the dome shape. |
