CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution or emulsion, etc. of a component useful for the human body, e.g. inorganic components, vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids, organic acids, etc. is sprayed to the surface of a healthily cultured and grown plant such as green vegetables, fruit vegetables, root crops, etc. before harvest to introduce the component to the plant, or the solution, etc. is applied to the soil to introduce the component through the root of the plant.
