PURPOSE:To make it possible to enhance the durability of a recording electrode by preventing the corrosion thereof, by constituting the recording electrode of a first layer comprising a conductive marerial positioned at a substrate side and a second layer comprising a corrosion resistant material covering said first layer. CONSTITUTION:A recording electrode 22 is formed by laminating a second layer 22b comprising a corrosion resistant material such as gold to the upper surface of a first layer 22a comprising a good conductive material such as copper positioned on a substrate 21. In addition, the lead electrode part 22alpha connected to a drive circuit 23 and the almost disc shaped recording electrode part 22beta formed to the end part of said electrode part 22alpha are provided to each recording electrode 22 and the lead electrode part 22alpha is covered with a spacer 24 comprising an insulating material. In recording, discharge is generated between a dielectric body and each recording electrode 22 by potential difference and air in the voil thereof is activated by a discharge phenomenon but, because the corrosion resistant second layer 22b is provided to the exposed part in said void, the generation of corrosion is prevented. |
