PURPOSE:To detect efficiently a pinhole of a packaged product from the vacuum state in each vacuum box by forming the atmosphere release section, discharge section, and sealed section of each vacuum box in rotary motion in an endless track. CONSTITUTION:A rotator 6b, boss 9, vacuum box 3, and rod 17 coupled with a turntable 2 rotate in one body. A box type cover 3b is elevated at some place, and the box type cover 3b and a surface plate 3a comes into tight contact at other places to seal the inside. A packaged product A is supplied into the vacuum box 3 in the atmosphere release section wherein the box type cover 3b leaves the surface plate 3a. The rotor 6b of a rotary valve also rotates and a vacuum is produced in the vacuum box 3 through a hose 21 only while a connecting hole 20 is jointed to a suction port 22. When the connecting hole 20 leaves the suction port 22, the connecting hole 20 is sealed with the top surface of a stator 6a. The connecting hole 20 is jointed to a detection port 24 by the rotation of the rotor 6b, the vacuum value in the vacuum box 3 is displayed on a vacuum gauge 26. |
