The game comprises a ring of approx. 50cm. dia. and 150 to 200 grams weight, of flat or tubular material, e.g. plastics. A shaft is roughly 3cm dia. x 18 cm. long so that it can be held in both hands. - Lengths of elastic are fixed between the shaft and the ring and between flanges on the former. The ring is wound around the shaft so as to stretch the elastic and then let go, the game being to see how far it will then roll freely. FL(0/0)
