PURPOSE:To produce perforated plastic sheets with a rugged pattern continuously by providing a mold similar to an endless belt with a rugged pattern and supplying resin thereto and pressing the resin with a press roll. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin is melted using a die 10 and allowed to flow down to a press roll 9 from an extrusion outlet 11 and transferred to a mold 1 prepared by weaving warps and wefts made of heat resistant fibers in a manner to form a concave at the position where they cross each other and sandwiched inbetween a support roll 7 and the press roll 9 before being pressured to creep into the face of the mold 1. At this time, gas is released from the molten resin through a vent hole 6 in each concave 5 of the mold 1 to prevent air bubbles from being generated and then a rugged pattern is formed. |
