PURPOSE:To automate the setting of a kicker in a device in which stacked plate-like members such as, for example, corrugated cardboard sheets, are fed one by one from the lowermost one of the members by the reciprocating movement of the kicker, by enabling the kicker to be positioned when the kicker is at a predetermined position in an extreme end. CONSTITUTION:In a device in which a kicker 3 is reciprocated by reciprocating a ram 1 through a crank mechanism 31 to feed out the lowermost one of stacked sheets stored in a hopper section 23, through a gap between a front guide and a table 20, a cylinder 18 is at first extended to position the kicker 3 in accordance with the length of the sheet. With this arrangement, a rotary plate 8 is rotated about a shaft 11 to push up a stopper 13 engaged with a gear 5 on a screw shaft 2, through a projection 32 on the rotary plate 8 so that the stopper 13 is released from the gear 5. Simultaneously, a gear 7 is meshed with gear 5, and then screw shafts 2, 26 are rotated by rotation of a motor 6 to adjust the positions of the kicker 3 and the backguide 22. |
