PURPOSE:To attain an inexpensive exchange table, by a list of classified cooking groups, a cooking exchange table where photographs of these cookings or the like are displayed, and a cooling number table for every indicated energy to make out easily a bill of fare. CONSTITUTION:Cooking groups are divided to the first group 3- the third group 5 and the 1.2nd group 6 and food groups are divided to the fourth group 7- the sixth group 9 to generate a classification reference table of cooking. On a basis of this table, a list 20 of cooking groups of each of groups 3-9, a cooking exchange table where photographs, energy, and materials concerning cooking of a portion for one person are displayed, and a designated cooking number table which is provided for every indicated energy and displays a required number of cookings in each group per day in consideration of nutritive balance are generated. This number of cookings is referred to confirm whether the nutritive balance for the menu of diabetes is good or not. |
